Refund policy
Because our products are made-to-order and personalized, Due Tomorrow Co. does not accept returns or exchanges for customized items unless the product arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing error.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and your order number. We will review your request and, if approved, provide a replacement.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
